With winter fast approaching, the Gravenhurst By-Law Department would like to remind everyone about the Winter Parking By-Law (By-Law No. 2016-92).
As per Section 1 of the By-law, starting November 1st to April 30th, everyone is asked to ensure their vehicles are not parked along roadways to allow plows easier access to the road for most effective snow removal between the hours of 12:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m.
The By-Law Division is asking everyone to make use of their parking lots and/or driveways to avoid unnecessary costs/expenses associated with infractions and promote road safety in the Town of Gravenhurst.
