Vehicle And Person To Identify After Fail To Remain Collision In Huntsville

A resident is appealing to the public for information after a male was struck by a vehicle in Huntsville early Saturday morning. The collision happened sometime between 2 a.m. and 3 a.m. on Chaffey Street between King William Street and the Courthouse. The vehicle failed to remain at the scene and the male was taken to hospital by Paramedics with injuries.

The family said the male has non-life threatening injuries and is recovering.

Residents and businesses in the area are encouraged to check security cameras and dash cameras in the area. The person who located the male and assisted him is asked to contact Muskoka411 so they can be thanked personally by the family.

Anyone with information is asked to Call Huntsville OPP or Crime Stoppers.

  1. A group of people from Dundas arrived in town around midnight Friday. They were ordered out of town Saturday afternoon. The police should check their vehicles.
