On February 11, 2026, Members of the Orillia Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were advised that, while a school bus was being operated the prior evening on Shoreview Drive in Severn Township, a passenger sustained injuries. The passenger was taken to a local hospital after the incident and was treated and released. There was no collision involving the school bus.
Reports on social media say the driver does not slow down for significant bumps on roadways.
