On November 27, 2020 at 10:30 a.m. Huntsville OPP conducted a traffic stop on Howland Drive, in Huntsville.
As a result of the stop, the driver was arrested for impaired operation of a motor vehicle by drugs. Further investigation led a seizure of cocaine, and fentanyl. The passenger was also arrested..
The following individuals have been charged:
39-year-old Terrence Rocks of Huntsville, Ontario
- Operation while impaired by drugs
- Possession of a Schedule I Substance – Cocaine for the Purposes of Trafficking
- Possession of a Schedule I Substance – Fentanyl
- Having care or control of a motor vehicle with liquor readily available
- Having liquor in open container
In addition, Rocks has also received an Administrative Driver’s Licence Suspension for a period of 90 days.
37-year-old Blake Huntington of Huntsville, Ontario
- Possession of a Schedule I Substance – Fentanyl
- Fail to Comply with Probation
Both parties have been released on an Undertaking to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Huntsville on January 6, 2021.

Letting lowlife drug offenders , who are out on bail for previous crimes, out on bail again defies logic. The Police will be arresting this clown again before his trial .Oh well , he might buy/steal a new suit locally for his next court appearance!
If they are selling the drugs i agree to prosecute. However we need to treat substance abuse as the health crises it is and stop with the heavy handed policing. Drugs users who go to jail just get more disconnected from society…lose their jobs and relationships…then surprise surprise just use more drugs
Terry worked for me, was a great worker until he made enough money to buy drugs. Ended up stealing one of my trucks after letting him go for drug use. Police had no luck finding the truck, but Facebook people located it in Novar. After getting the truck, found it full of drugs and needles. Was hoping he could kick the habit but doesn’t look he will.
The same Terrance Rocks who at 35 robbed a 81 year old woman in Aurora in 2017. Got off on 3 year probation.
