Three People Face Several Drug Charges After A Traffic Stop In Huntsville

The Muskoka Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU) of the OPP conducted an investigation (Jan 29, 2021) into the drug trafficking by three people in Huntsville.

At 4:15 p.m. a traffic stop was conducted on Centre Street with the assistance of the Huntsville OPP. Three people were arrested in the vehicle and transported to the Huntsville OPP Detachment. A search of each person revealed a substantial quantity of controlled substances. A total of 42 grams of cocaine, 2.6 grams of crack cocaine, 1.85 grams of blue fentanyl, six hydromorphone, and $6,670 in Canadian Currency was seized.

The following people have been charged:

41-year-old Dwayne Gagnon of Huntsville, Ontario

  • Three counts of Possession of a Schedule 1 Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking
  • Possession of a Schedule 1 Substance – Hydromorphone
  • Possession of Property Obtained by Crime
  • Fail to Comply with Probation

27-year-old Kearsten Lumley of Huntsville, Ontario

  • Three counts of Possession of a Schedule 1 Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking
  • Possession of Property Obtained by Crime

28-year-old Dallas Snow of Perry Township, Ontario

  • Three counts of Possession of a Schedule 1 Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking
  • Possession of Property Obtained by Crime
  • Fail to Comply with Undertaking

All three accused were released and are set to appear in the court on March 3, 2021.
