Bracebridge OPP responded to a concern from a member of the public about a boater who was possibly impaired at the wharf in Gravenhurst, on June 20, 2021 just after 9 p.m.
Police located the boater and subsequently arrested and charged 61-year-old Bradley Binder of Gravenhurst, with Impaired Operation and Over 80.
He will appear in Bracebridge court on July 20, 2021 to answer to his charges.
The penalty for impaired operation of a vessel is the same as when operating a motor vehicle and therefore this operator had his driver’s license was suspended for 90 days.
