The Huntsville Festival of the Arts is pleased to hold the first “Huntsville Festival of Music” which will take place on March 2 and March 5, 2023.
This program is modeled on the Kiwanis Music Festival’s mission to “encourage young and all age groups to know and love the arts and foster the values of selfdiscipline, teamwork and excellence”. The Huntsville Festival of Music will host over 30 local students and groups who will perform in a variety of musical categories including Piano, solo/duet instrumental, solo voice, choral, and
composition classes with genres ranging from classical to contemporary.
Participants will perform for professional adjudicators who will provide feedback assign grades. The highest score in each class may be awarded a gift or cash prize during the “Concert of the Stars” on March 5th.
Audiences are welcome to attend performances throughout the day on March 2nd at Trinity United Church (33 Main St E )and St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church (1 High St.). Admission is free.

High scoring participants will be chosen to perform for the gala concert, “Concert of the Stars” at Algonquin Theatre on March 5th at 2pm. Tickets are $28.25 General and $11.30 Youth, and can be purchased here:
