Bonnie Hartnell of Midland is celebrating after winning a $100,000 top prize with INSTANT CROSSWORD TRIPLER.
Bonnie says she’s been a lottery player for 30 years and her husband of 63 years always buys her INSTANT tickets. “He knows I enjoy scratching them. I played my ticket and thought, ‘Oh nice, I won $100.’ But then I recounted my words and realized I actually got all of them,” shared Bonnie while at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto to pick up her winnings.
“My husband was totally shocked. We phoned all the kids to tell them about the win and they were hooting and hollering in excitement,” she smiled.
Bonnie says this win will enhance her life. “This win will go in the bank, and we will think of some thoughtful investments,” she concluded.
The winning ticket was purchased at Arcade & Jory Guardian Pharmacy on King Street in Midland.
