Almaguin Highlands OPP investigated a single vehicle collision on Highway 11 in the northbound lanes of Armour Township. Police got the call On Tuesday June 8, 2021 at 5:50 p.m.
Further investigation by a Drug Recognition Expert was completed and as a result the driver, Kyle Stockdale, 32 years-of-age, of South River Ontario was charged with Operation while impaired – alcohol and drug.
The accused was issued a 90-day Administrative Driver’s Licence Suspension and the vehicle was impounded for seven days.
The accused has a court day set for the end of July.
