FFS What is this beautiful place coming to. How the hell do you crash on the water? Good God…. It makes you wonder.
Being a new boater, I was taught ‘Beware of Sea Doos. Many of them don’t respect the water rules’ . Yikes, this really saddens me and scares me at the same time. So sad.
This is very sad 🙁 how is a seadoo going so fast or so close that they dont see a kayak. Very scary
I’m so saddened by this ! Kayaks need to be safe on the water our grandkids use kayaks all the time ! So very scary, why and how ?
Omg a huge lake & a sea doo has to be so close to run over a kayaker, My heart goes out to the family.
I’m a kayaker and seadoos are always the worst zooming by, I’ve had sea doo drivers do circles around me just beacuse they want to be bullies on the water
Power boats are just as bad, especially when they are pulling a water skier or a raft. A power boat whizzed by me a couple of weeks ago on the Grand River in Caledonia so close I had wake crashing over my kayak.
Yes seadoos are horrible. I have been circled as well.
The police need to monitor drivers of these water crafts. Kayakers stay fairly close to shore.
This is unacceptable.
