Bracebridge OPP responded with Muskoka Paramedic Services to an incident on Bethune Drive near Violet Street in Gravenhurst, on Sunday, May 30, 2021 at 8:10 p.m. involving a transport truck and a pedestrian. The pedestrian mounted the transport truck and a confrontation ensued that resulted in the man falling as the truck was put into motion.
As a result of the investigation Travis Shelton from Severn Township was charged with Dangerous Operation causing Bodily Harm and Failure to stop after accident.
The accused is scheduled for a bail hearing.
