The Town of Bracebridge is celebrating the team that keeps the community moving during National Public Works Week (NPWW) from May 19 to 25. The Town’s public works professionals focus on infrastructure, facilities and services that are of vital importance and contribute to Bracebridge’s vibrancy, health, and well-being.

The theme of NPWW this year is “Advancing Quality of Life for All” and shines a spotlight on the way public works professionals advance our quality of life, whether as a first responder to a weather event, regular road monitoring and maintenance, or a myriad of other ways they silently serve the community. The Town’s dedicated public works professionals advance the quality of life by providing critical and essential work including construction and maintenance to keep sidewalks, roads and bridges safe, snow removal, facility maintenance, parks and trails, and more. They make our community a dynamic place to live, work and play.
