Bracebridge OPP are seeking the assistance of the public to identify the suspect(s) responsible for several incidents of mischief at Anne Williams Memorial Park in Bracebridge.
On June 2, 2022, a mischief was reported to police where numerous surfaces at Anne William Memorial Park were damaged and spray painted. There have been several incidents of graffiti over the past three weeks at the Park. The Bracebridge OPP is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the person(s) responsible.
“Although tagging may be viewed as little more than an unsightly nuisance to some, it cost property owners and tax payers dearly. I encourage anyone with information on this, or any other crime to come forward. Your information will be taken seriously and investigated thoroughly by the Bracebridge OPP members”. – Inspector Jason Nickle, Detachment Commander

People who leave graffiti like this do not care about how much it costs taxpayers. Set up cameras and plaster their faces around the neighbourhood and they might get the hint to stop. Unlikely but worth a shot.
