Home Building Centre – Gravenhurst has been named Best Home Building Centre – Central Region. The Proud of My Home Achievement Awards were handed out at Home Hardware’s 2024 Homecoming event in Toronto on September 12.
“We are honoured to be recognized with the Proud of My Home Achievement Award for Best Home Building Centre in Central Canada,” said Robert Glecoff, DealerOwner of Home Building Centre – Gravenhurst. “We truly believe that we are in the people business. Building rewarding relationships with our community members is the most satisfying part of our work and we consider this award a testament to those relationships.”
Inspired by the Theodore Roosevelt quote “people don’t care how much you know, until they know how much you care,” the team at Home Building Centre – Gravenhurst believe the key to customer service is relationships. The Gravenhurst store, which joined the Home banner in 2000, has been in the community since the 1970s and has grown with the town since then, moving to new and larger properties to better serve the people of the community. Home Building Centre – Gravenhurst will be celebrating their 25th anniversary next year.
Home Building Centre – Gravenhurst was one of 18 stores recognized with a Proud of My
Home Achievement Award. Recipients must demonstrate excellence in staff performance and customer service; interior presentation, including clear signage, tidiness, and merchandise presentation and displays; exterior presentation, including cleanliness and attractive window displays; staff training and participation in Dealer network initiatives.
