“This isn’t just a talent show – it’s a thrilling night of community spirit and edge-of-your
seat suspense that raises funds for a charitable cause,” says Jennifer Jerrett, event
coordinator and Community Engagement Specialist for Community Living Huntsville.
“The finalists and special guest performers are incredible, there are new ways for the
audience to get involved, like a live People’s Choice vote, there’s a secret judge in the
audience, and bigger cash prizes for the Top 3 Finalists.”

Muskoka’s Got Talent is a nonprofit event. Proceeds support Community Living
Huntsville and the not-for-profit organization’s affordable housing initiatives that help
people with developmental disabilities and families keep roofs over their heads.
Jerrett said the 2026 show promises a wide range of genres – acro-dance, bluegrass,
country, pop, musical theatre, folk and more – with performers representing Bala,
Bracebridge, Gravenhurst, Honey Harbour, Huntsville, Rosseau, and more, whose
talents include dance, singing-songwriting, solo and duet vocals, guitar, and piano.

This year’s Top 10 Finalists are:
• Emma McLellan
• Mel Gutierrez
• Adessa MacDonald
• Ashley Montgomery
• Jonathan O’Conner
• Hollie Stronks
• Mackenzie Lockhart
• Noah Ruttan
• Derek Pert & David Laidlaw
• Mikayla Lynch

“This event celebrates the creative energy and community spirit that helps make our
region shine – and it also helps raise vital funds to ensure that Muskoka is a place
where everyone has the opportunity to belong,” said Jerrett. “By getting tickets, you’re
not only cheering on your family, friends, and neighbours – you are also investing in
affordable housing solutions for community members who are so often shut out from a
safe and dignified place to call home.”
