Members of the Huntsville Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are currently investigating a theft of a motor vehicle that occurred in Huntsville.
Between 12:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. on July 31st, 2026, unknown suspect(s) stole a pick-up truck that was parked at a business on Ceramic Mine Road North in the Town of Huntsville.
The motor vehicle is described as:
Make: Chevrolet
Model: Silverado
Year: 2017
Colour: White, with a “MCDONALD STEEL” logo displayed on both sides of the truck.
Licence Plate: AS34383
The vehicle was observed on Ontario Street in Burk’s Falls at approximately 7:00 p.m. on July 31, 2026.
The company operates several similarly marked vehicles throughout the Muskoka and Burk’s Falls area. Members of the public are reminded that sightings of other vehicles displaying the “MCDONALD STEEL” logo may not be related to this investigation.
