UPDATE:
The missing person Shaine CODY-MILLS, was located in safe condition near 3:00 p.m. April 4, 2022 in York Region.
Investigators wish to thank those community members who assisted in this search.

Southern Georgian Bay OPP are seeking the assistance of the public to locate a missing male last observed in the Newmarket area approximately one month ago.
The person to locate is Shaine Mills 36 years of no fixed address and is described as being a male white, 5′ 10″ tall, medium build, brownish blonde hair.
He is known to frequent the Midland to Newmarket area with ties to the Barrie and Orillia area.
Family are concerned for his well being and the investigation is continuing.

These clowns who decide to “disappear” for a while should be made to pay for the full costs of the police investigation. Or just stop posting “have you seen” notices.
