On December 4, 2020 at 5:24 a.m. Bracebridge OPP say they responded to a report from motorists of a single vehicle collision on Ecclestone Drive west of Muskoka Beach Road in Bracebridge.
Officers arrived and conducted an investigation and subsequently arrested and charged 35-year-old Aaron Austin of Bracebridge with Impaired Operation and Over 80.
The accused will appear in Court on February 2, 2021.
To be followed by a paltry fine as usual. Until there are serious consequences for this behaviour the carnage will continue.
As in the other article in regards to game laws of this province, the justice system needs an over haul. $10,000. 00 in fines for shooting violations! That sends a message and i have no problem with that! DUI is never taken seriously in this country, blame someone else is the cry! There are to many convicted DUI’s out there, that have wiped out a life and multiple life’s in a second! They are walking the streets now as we speak! They apologized and they can carry on in life?
