The Town of Gravenhurst and the Gravenhurst YMCA are advising the public of an upcoming project at the Centennial Centre/YMCA.
The YMCA gymnasium will be closed from June 12 to July 3 for resurfacing of the floor.
The main corridor at the centre will also be closed for resurfacing, June 26 to July 3. This means the closure of the YMCA, the town’s recreation offices and washroom facilities accessed via the corridor.
The arena and the upstairs auditorium in the building, as well as related washroom facilities, will remain open.
YMCA members will be contacted directly regarding the closure’s impact on membership payments and programs. During the closure, the YMCA will be offering limited outdoor programming for its members.
