A R.I.D.E. check stop set up on Brunelle Side Road at Fuller Avenue, Midland operated by Southern Georgian Bay OPP was successful in removing an impaired driver from the roadways at 12:44 a.m. March 26, 2022.
Officers entered into an impaired driving investigation after they stopped a vehicle travelling on Fuller Avenue at the R.I.D.E. check stop.
Charged is Charles Story, 30 years of Penetanguishene with Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
The accused was released from custody on a recognizance to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice on April 7, 2022
