Muskoka Chautauqua Festival Returns, Celebrating Arts, Culture, And Community This Summer

The Muskoka Chautauqua Arts & Culture Festival returns from August
7 to August 16, 2026, bringing ten days of arts, culture, music, and community experiences to the shores of beautiful Lake Rosseau.

“Our festival is about creating opportunities for people to come together through arts and culture while celebrating the creativity and spirit of Muskoka,” said Gayle, Director of Development for Muskoka Chautauqua. “We’re excited to welcome residents and visitors alike to experience this year’s incredible lineup of events.”

A major highlight of this year’s festival is the internationally acclaimed Choir! Choir! Choir!,
known for its high-energy, interactive performances that transform audiences into performers. The event is expected to be one of the standout cultural experiences of the summer season, uniting people through music, participation, and shared creativity.

This year’s festival is supported by a dedicated team of emerging professionals, including Olivia Smith, Meghan Taylor, Marlowe Spraggett, Kiri North-Harris, and Archit Misra; their contributions support event coordination, marketing, communications, and on-the-ground festival execution.

Muskoka Chautauqua continues to strengthen community connections through arts and culture while showcasing the unique character and creative spirit of the Muskoka region.
