Huntsville Hospital Auxiliary Donates $75,000 To Focus On Imaging Campaign

Huntsville Hospital Foundation receives a $75,000 donation from Huntsville Hospital Auxiliary. The generous donation is made possible by proceeds raised through the Auxiliary online monthly 50/50.

Huntsville Hospital Auxiliary has a long-standing commitment to healthcare. For the past 68 years, their focus has been on the hospital and volunteer services for patients and staff. In April 2022, Huntsville Hospital Auxiliary launched the online 50/50 supporting diagnostic upgrades through the Focus On Imaging $10 Million capital campaign.

“We are thrilled to support the Foundation’s Focus On Imaging campaign with a $75,000 donation,” says Susan Love, President, Huntsville Hospital Auxiliary. “We see firsthand the need for essential medical equipment and all Auxiliary members are happy to offer the 50/50 for our community and add a new way we are supporting patients, staff and our hospital as a whole,” adds Love.

Focus on Imaging is a $10 Million capital campaign committed to replacing and upgrading Huntsville Hospital with state-of-the-art diagnostic technology which includes, raising funds to purchase Muskoka’s first Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI).

Your generous gift will help ensure our healthcare teams have the most up to date technology to care for our loved ones, here. Tickets for Huntsville Hospital Auxiliary 50/50 are available for purchase online at huntsvilleauxiliary.on.bumpcbnraffle.com. Tickets are 100 for $40, 40 for $20 and 3 for $10. Participants must be over the age of 18 and in Ontario to play.

“We would especially like to thank all 50/50 players for their generous support over the past year and look forward to another year of 50/50 draws and supporting our local hospital,” says Love.
