Huntsville – Baysville,
Town of Parry Sound – Rosseau – Killbear Park,
Haliburton – Minden – Southern Haliburton County,

Current details:
Freezing rain is expected or occurring.

Hazards:
Freezing rain with ice accretion of 5 to 10 mm possible.
Isolated power outages and tree damage possible.

Timing:
Overnight into early Wednesday afternoon.

Discussion:
Ice pellets or freezing rain are expected to develop overnight or early Wednesday morning and continue into the early afternoon before temperatures rise above the freezing mark. Some areas may see a few hours of freezing rain, which may lead to isolated power outages and tree damage.

Surfaces such as highways, roads, walkways and parking lots may become icy and slippery. Ice build-up may cause tree branches to break. Utility outages may occur.
