Bracebridge OPP are seeking public assistance in relation to an early morning structure fire investigation in Gravenhurst.
On March 22, 2023, at 4:15 a.m., officers and emergency services responded to a structure fire involving a building (Muskoka Boat Rentals) along the Gravenhurst Wharf near Steamship Bay Road.
No injuries were reported as a result of the fire. Damage was estimated at $750,000 with the fire department calling the fire “suspicious” as a result of evidence found when fire crews arrived.
The investigation is continuing with the assistance of the Muskoka Crime Unit and the Office of the Ontario Fire Marshal (OFM).
