In the month of November 2022, members of the West Parry Sound Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have investigated five impaired driving related incidents where charges have been laid under Criminal Impaired Driving Laws.
Officers responded to four traffic complaints, resulting in the drivers being charged.
One driver was charged as a result of officers conducting general patrol.
The OPP is committed to keeping our roadway safe and have charged 63 drivers under Criminal Impaired Driving Laws in the West Parry Sound Detachment area in 2022.
