On Friday May 6, 2022 at 4 p.m. Bracebridge OPP say they received two traffic complaints from members of the public about a vehicle travelling on Farquhar Street in Gravenhurst.
Officers located the vehicle at the end of Lorne Street and after an investigation arrested and charged 33-year-old Shannan Green of Gravenhurst with Possession of Schedule I (Cocaine) for the Purpose of Trafficking and two counts of Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose.
A second involved person, 39-year-old Dwayne Clodd of Gravenhurst, was also charged with Possession of Schedule I (Cocaine) for the Purpose of Trafficking and Occupant of a Motor Vehicle knowing there was a prohibited or restricted weapon.
Each accused will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Bracebridge, ON on June 21, 2022 to answer to their charges.
