Town Of Huntsville – March 15, 2024 – Municipal Services Updates

  • Town Hall will remain open to the public, with limited services, until further notice. The Town’s precautionary measures have impacted some of our systems and online applications. See below for selected departmental updates. Contact Town Customer Service at 705-789-1751 for questions regarding other departments and services.
    • Recreation & Programming:
      • All programs for March Break are currently running and residents can register for future programs.
    • Library:
      • The Library continues to be open; please visit this link for further information on Library services availability.
    • Property Tax & Finance:
      • Tax bill payments can be made online or at your financial institution. Payment can also be made at Town Hall if a copy of your tax bill is brought. For more information, please contact: 705-789-1751, opt 2 or
    • Building & By-law:
      • General building and permit services are available however, please call ahead for more information at 705-789-1751, opt 4 or email
      • By-law questions, concerns, and complaints can be submitted online through the Cloudpermit Portal.
      • The Short Term Rental Accommodation 24-hour hotline is available at 705-990-3438.
    • Planning:
      • For more information, please contact: 705-789-1751, opt 3 or
      • Next scheduled Planning Council meeting is April 10, 2024.
      • Applicants/agents will be contacted for in-progress applications when possible.
    • Muskoka Heritage Place:
      • Muskoka Museum is currently closed for renovations however registrations for March Break programs are still available
  • Some Staff and Council email addresses continue to be impacted by the Town’s precautionary measures. There may be a delayed response to email communication. If your request is urgent, please reach out to the appropriate party by phone, or you can reach Town Customer Service at 705-789-1751 to direct you to the correct individual.
