The Huntsville Festival Of The Arts Presents: The Snow Queen, An Outdoor Play

0

The production takes place at River Mill Park, February 24-26th at 7pm. “The Snow Queen” is a FREE outdoor performance of a classic fairy tale told by local youth and community members, featuring giant puppets, music and fun! Each scene will take place in a different location in River Mill park and the audience will travel to different locations between scenes.

For 12 weeks, local Huntsville youth between the ages of 7-12 have been working with professional artists to create a new production of the “The Snow Queen” by Hans Christian Andersen (which is also the inspiration for the movie Frozen). The Huntsville Festival of the Arts is thrilled to welcome the general public to experience the work of these talented local youth and to celebrate their achievements!

Tickets are free, but should be reserved by visiting: https://huntsvillefestival.ca/event/the-snow-queen-outdoor-play/ . Those attending should dress for the outdoors and be prepared to stand. The performance lasts approximately 30 minutes.
