Water Ski Canada proudly announces that Team Canada has won the Silver medal in the Team Overall competition at the 2025 IWWF World Waterski Championships, held August 26–31 in Recetto, Italy.
The six-person Canadian Team delivered outstanding performances across all disciplines, securing Canada a place on the team podium against the world’s best. Team Canada consisted of:
- Jaimee Bull (North Bay, ON)
- Ryan Dodd (Olds, AB)
- Dorien Llewellyn (Lake Worth, FL / Innisfail, AB)
- Paige Pigozzi (Rini) (Clermont, FL / Ontario)
- Charlie Ross (Winter Garden, FL / Muskoka, ON)
- Neilly Ross (Winter Garden, FL / Muskoka, ON)
In addition to the team silver, Canadian athletes captured multiple individual medals:
- Jaimee Bull – Gold in Women’s Slalom, her third consecutive World Championship title
- Neilly Ross – Gold in Women’s Tricks, her second career World Title
- Dorien Llewellyn – Gold in Men’s Overall and Bronze in Men’s Jump
- Charlie Ross – Silver in Men’s Slalom
- Ryan Dodd – Silver in Men’s Jump, joined on the podium by fellow Canadian Llewellyn
The 2025 IWWF World Waterski Championships brought together more than 180 athletes from over 30 countries, with competition across slalom, trick, jump, overall, and team overall. Team Canada’s collection of medals and strong overall showing highlighted the country’s continued strength and depth on the world water skiing stage.
