Sundridge Resident Charged With Impaired After Collision In Gravenhurst

The Bracebridge Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged another driver with impaired after a collision in Gravenhurst.

On January 4, 2026 at 3:25 a.m. Bracebridge OPP officers responded to a report from a member of the public about a single vehicle collision into a snow bank on Highway 11 North in Gravenhurst, the caller was also concerned about the driver walking around on the highway. Officers located the vehicle and subsequently arrested and charged 31-year-old Richard Peredaruk of Sundridge, ON with Impaired Operation and Over 80. He will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Bracebridge on February 10, 2026 to answer to his charges.
