Orillia OPP Charge Two People With Drug Trafficking Charges

Members of the Orillia Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have laid multiple drug trafficking related charges after two individuals were causing a disturbance at a local business in the early morning.

On October 23, 2024, shortly after 8 a.m., the Orillia detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police arrested two individuals after they were causing a disturbance at a local business on Memorial Avenue in the City of Orillia. The individuals were taken into custody and have been charged with multiple drug trafficking charges after a quantity of drugs, Drug paraphernalia and Canadian currency were seized.

As a result of the investigation, the following was seized:
· 42 grams of fentanyl
· 8 grams of Crack Cocaine
· 30 grams Cocaine
· $640 Canadian currency
· Digital scale
· Cellular device

Trevor Storie, 42 years old, of North Bay, has been charged with:
· Possession for the purpose of trafficking – Cocaine – two counts
· Possession for the purpose of trafficking – Opioid
· Possession for the purpose of trafficking – Methamphetamine
· Fail to comply with probation order
· Resist Peace Officer

Nicholas Williams, 34 years old, of Orillia, has been charged with:
· Obstruct Peace Officer
· Resist Peace Officer
· Mischief

Both accused were held for a bail hearing to answer to the charges.
