Members of the Southern Georgian Bay Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are currently searching in the Fourth Avenue area of Port McNicoll, Tay Township for a resident who was last seen on foot leaving his Fourth Avenue home on June 28, 2021.
Description of the Missing Person
- Thomas ROWLAND, 59 years of Port McNicoll, Tay Township
- Height 5′ 7″ tall, Weight 120 lbs.
- Short brown hair, Blue eyes see , no clothing description
The missing male is believed to be in possession of a charcoal grey/black bicycle with thin road type tires and a distinguishable flat rear rack above the back tire.
