Southern Georgian Bay OPP have made an arrest in a number of business related break and enter investigations in the North Simcoe area spanning over the April 1- 5, 2023 time frame. Businesses that were victimized include a fuel station in Tiny Township, Penetanguishene, Waubaushene and the LCBO retail store in Georgian Bay Township along with a stolen vehicle investigation in the Town of Midland.
A 26 year old male of no fixed address was arrested in the evening hours of April 5, 2023 in the Town of Midland and transported to Detachment and held for a bail hearing.
The investigation is continuing and more details will be released as they become available.
