The Huntsville Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) entered an impaired driving investigation on May 23, 2024.
On May 23, 2024, at approximately 8:00 p.m., officers responded to a call for service regarding a driving complaint on Highway 11 Southbound in the Town of Huntsville. Through investigation the driver was arrested and charged.
John Iskander, 47 years of age from Midland, was charged with Operation while impaired – Blood Alcohol Concentration (80 plus)
The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Bracebridge on July 23, 2024.
