Johnjoe Danny Ganny 44 years of Tay Township was arrested on January 20, 2024 by members of the Southern Georgian Bay OPP Detachment in relation to a theft of property from a Midland area car dealership that was reported on December 27, 2023.
Through investigation, the accused was identified and later arrested on a warrant for the charge of Theft Under $5000 and held for a bail hearing to later appear before the Ontario Court of Justice on a future date.
