The Township of Lake of Bays is inviting builders, contractors, designers, and community members to attend an informative Building Services Open House. This event will focus on preparing our community for the upcoming Provincial Building Code changes, set to take effect on January 1, 2025.

- Changes in the Building Code affecting dwellings and cottages under Parts 7, 8, and 9
