Provincial Police have arrested a male for impaired driving in Ramara Township.
Police say on June 11, 2021, 9 p.m., they received information that an intoxicated male was about to drive from a residence in Brechin. Officers arrived, located the vehicle and spoke to the driver. Police immediately had cause to begin an impaired driving investigation and, as a result, the suspect was arrested and transported to the OPP detachment for further investigation.
64-year-old Stephen Neal, of Ramara has been charged with operation while impaired – alcohol and operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (over 80)
The accused has a court date set for early July.
