On June 13, 2021, Kirkland Lake OPP responded to a disturbance at a business on Government Road West in the Town of Kirkland Lake.
Police arrived to the scene and located the accused yelling at the complainant. The investigation revealed that the accused was currently on two separate release orders.
As a result, Korry White, 37 years of age, of Huntsville, Ontario, was charged with Failure to Comply With Undertaking (four counts).
The accused was released on an Undertaking and is scheduled to appear before The Ontario Court of Justice in Kirkland Lake on July 29, 2021.
