Huntsville OPP officers responded to a report of a robbery at a Circle K store on Hanes Road in Huntsville after a man entered the store, demanded “everything” and made off with a small amount of cash and cigarettes just after 12:30 a.m. on June 22.
After an investigation that included tips from members of the public, police have arrested and charged 27-year-old Joseph Whitfield of Huntsville with Robbery with Theft. He will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Bracebridge on July 26 to answer to his charge.
