The Huntsville Theatre Company (HTC) and Huntsville Public Library are excited to present Great Gatsby! It’s Murder!, a hilarious murder mystery right in our local library!
‘Great Gatsby! It’s Murder!’ is an interactive murder mystery show where patrons can enjoy a free drink while immersing themselves back in time in the roaring 1920s. Dressing up is fully encouraged and sponsor Muskoka Brewery will have a bar ready on site! Come prepared for intrigue, fun and a roaring good time!
HTC President Lauren Rodrigues says they are excited to partner with the library once again to offer new immersive and interactive experiences.
“Everyone loves a good mystery and the 1920’s are an amazing theme so we’re thrilled to partner with the library on this event!” says HTC President Lauren Rodrigues.
HPL Community Engagement Coordinator Cara McQueen notes, “We are thrilled to bring this event to the community of Huntsville. This is our second event working in partnership with the HTC but our first time opening the library for an adult after hours affair. The event is for anyone that loves theatre and solving a good murder mystery with fun twists and turns. Playing dress up just simply adds to the fun!”
‘Great Gatsby! It’s Murder!’ will take place Saturday April 29th, 2023 at the Huntsville Public Library. The event is 19+ and sponsored by Muskoka Brewery. Doors open at 7:00pm and show begins at 7:30pm. Tickets are $30 per person and include one drink ticket. They can be purchased at www.huntsvilletheatre.org.
