The Huntsville Hospital Foundation is proud to announce that Dwight Lumber has made a
significant commitment to local healthcare, joining the Foundation’s Business Cares program with a $25,000 pledge.
This generous donation will help ensure Huntsville Hospital has access to advanced medical equipment and technology, supporting exceptional care for patients across Muskoka.
“We are thrilled to welcome Dwight Lumber to our Business Cares family,” says Katherine Craine CEO, Huntsville Hospital Foundation. “Their commitment demonstrates the power of local businesses coming together to strengthen healthcare for our community and everyone in Muskoka.”
Together with their father Frank, Mike and Laura of Dwight Lumber told the Foundation: “As a family-owned business, we understand the importance of community. Supporting Huntsville Hospital means supporting our friends, families, and neighbours. We’re proud to contribute to a healthier future for Muskoka.”
Since it’s launch in January 2016, the Huntsville Hospital Foundation Business Cares initiative has raised more than $2 million to help our hospital acquire advanced technology and equipment. Thanks to the generosity of local businesses who believe in investing in quality healthcare close to home, the initiative continues to grow, and more business leaders continue to step up in support of our hospital.
