The Orillia OPP have arrested and charged a driver following a collision investigation.
On March 3, 2023, just after 4 p.m., officers from Orillia OPP received a report of a collision on Creighton Street in Ramara Township. Upon officers’ arrival, a driver of an involved motor vehicle was showing signs of being intoxicated.
As a result, Colleen Roberts, 24-year-old, from Kirkfield has been charged with operation while impaired- alcohol and operation while impaired- blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
The accused will appear in court at a future date.
