The popular ‘Compost Giveaway’ returns to Gravenhurst on Earth Day, Friday April 22.
The free compost will be available for pick-up beginning at 10:00 AM at the Muskoka Wharf, 150 Steamship Bay Rd. (Municipal Parking Lot 22), until quantities last. Please bring your own shovels, buckets, and containers. No private contractors please.
This nutrient-rich compost is made in Muskoka – from leaf, yard waste and green bin organics.
This is a great way to celebrate Earth Day, promote the benefits of composting and begin preparing for the spring planting season!
