An Midland individual who has been the suspect in a number shoplifting incidents starting in October 2022 at a Simcoe County Road 93, Midland store was arrested on November 3, 2022 by investigators from the Southern Georgian Bay OPP .
Officers through investigation, have charged Nathan Fontaine 30 years of Midland with two counts of Theft Under $5000- Shoplifting.
The accused was held in police custody to appear before bail court and will appear before the Ontario Court of Justice at a future date.
