On Sunday May 15, 2022 at 3:30 p.m. Bracebridge OPP say they responded to a complaint about a youth that had been assaulted by an adult at Ungerman Park in Gravenhurst, and furthermore the adult threw his bicycle into the lake.
The victim then hid until the adult left, he suffered minor injuries and the bicycle has not been recovered.
Police conducted an investigation and subsequently arrested and charged 32 year-old Brittany Tomasetti-Lahay of Gravenhurst, ON with Assault and Mischief Under $5000.
The accused will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Bracebridge, on June 28, 2022 to answer to her charges.
