On January 19, 2021 at 6:50 p.m., police responded to a two vehicle collision on County Road 92 in Springwater Township. On arrival, police determined one of the drivers to be impaired.
Following a police investigation, Philip Moore, 29, of Orillia was arrested and charged with operation While Impaired-blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
The accused is scheduled to appear in Collingwood court on February 16, 2021.
