Impaired And Drug Charges For Gravenhurst Resident After Collision

Bracebridge Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged one person with impaired driving after responding to a collision in Muskoka Lakes Township.

On May 22, 2024, at 8:45 a.m. Bracebridge OPP officers responded to a report of a single-vehicle collision on Barlochan Road in Muskoka Lakes Township after a vehicle left the roadway. Officers arrived and began an investigation into the cause of the collision and arrested and charged 53-year-old Trevor Mcivor of Gravenhurst, ON. He has been charged with Operation while Impaired, Over 80, Possession of a Schedule I Substance- Cocaine  and Driving a Motor Vehicle with an Open Container of Liquor.

The accused will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Bracebridge on June 18, 2024 to answer to his charges.
