Discussion:
Snow, heavy at times, develops late Thursday night into Friday. Snow may quickly accumulate and visibility may be reduced to near zero at times. There will also be a risk of freezing rain on Friday which may result in untreated surfaces becoming icy and slippery. Snow and any freezing rain will taper to flurries Saturday morning. There remains some uncertainty in the exact track of the system which will affect precipitation types and amounts.

Prepare for quickly deteriorating travel conditions. Surfaces such as highways, roads, walkways and parking lots may become icy and slippery. If visibility is reduced while driving, slow down, watch for tail lights and be prepared to stop.
