Water Levels Are On The Rise In Huntsville

As a result of high seasonal temperatures, the Town of Huntsville is experiencing a rapid increase in water levels as water makes its way through the watershed. Residents and businesses in low lying areas and the downtown core are advised to monitor conditions and prepare accordingly over the next 24 to 48 hours.  Visit Ontario.ca to learn more on what to do before, during and after a flood including the creation of a 72-hour kit.

Updates as of April 13, 2023:

The Town of Huntsville Emergency Control Group and Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry (MNRF) Officials will continue to monitor conditions daily and provide updates and resources as required.  The community is asked to follow Huntsville.ca for more information as conditions continue to evolve.
