Two Charged After Collision In Moose Deer Point First Nation

Bracebridge OPP has charged two individuals after responding to a collision on Ogemawahj Rd on Moose Deer Point First Nation.

On May 16, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. Bracebridge OPP officers responded to a report of a single-vehicle collision on Ogemawahj Rd on Moose Deer Point First Nation, the caller expressed concern about the behaviour of the driver. Officers arrived and their initial investigation determined that the vehicle had been reported stolen the day prior from an address in Hamilton, ON.

The accused persons were held in custody and will appear for a bail hearing in the Ontario Court of Justice in Bracebridge on Friday May 17, 2024.
